ORVANE™ Shipping Policy

Delivery service
We deliver through Aramex door-to-door courier to your street address.

Delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Courier delays may occasionally affect this estimate.

Shipping charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address
Provide your full street address, postal code and a working contact number. Someone should be available to receive your parcel. Contact us promptly if you need to correct your address.

Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with Aramex and help resolve the issue. Keep damaged packaging and send photographs where possible.
